BEELZEBUB BREWING CO

Beelzebub Brewing Co. is born from the depths of our wildest imaginations. With its name derived from the iconic line in Queen's legendary song, Bohemian Rhapsody ("Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me"), our "on tap" range pays homage to this rebellious spirit of mischief & temptation.

OUR DOCTRINE

Beelzebub Brewing Co

In the heart of the Swan Valley lies Beelzebub Brewing Co. — a realm where the mundane is abandoned and the extraordinary takes hold.

We don't just brew and distil. We conjure. We provoke. We challenge the norms with every drop we create. We honour age-old traditions, (like the dance of the hops and the chants of ancient brewing mantras), but we do it our way, all while thumbing our noses at convention.

We eschew the flashy and the faddish in favour of the timeless allure of a perfectly brewed pour. Our beers and spirits are not just products; they are manifestations of redemption and reverence.

A rebellion against Mediocrity.

Beelzebub Brewing Core Range

Beelzebub

LAGER

4.8% ABV. Bold enough to tempt, balanced enough to trust. Driven by Enigma and Centennial hops over a dark malt backbone, finishing clean — just long enough to convince you it’s harmless.

PALE ALE

4.5% ABV. Centennial and Chinook bring sharp pine and bright citrus. Clean, confident, and quietly insistent — it doesn’t shout, it persuades.

HAZY

4.8% ABV. Cloudy and unapologetic. Bursting with tropical fruit and passionfruit, soft on the palate and dangerously juicy. Goes down easy, hits late, and never asks permission.

HOPPY MID

3.5% ABV. Tropical fruit upfront with a loud hit of lychee and a surprisingly bold mouthfeel. Easy drinking, big personality — the kind that swears it’s not doing much damage.

American IPA

5.1% ABV. Built on Vienna and Munich malts, this malty lager leans into biscuit and toasted bread flavours. Rich, smooth, and reassuring — the kind of comfort that keeps you drinking long after you meant to stop.

6% ABV. Built loud and unapologetic. Reworked hops from our Pale Ale and Hazy Pale Ale are pushed further with Rakau, Galaxy, and Enigma for a heavy hit of flavour and a crisp, cutting bitterness. Bold, efficient, and designed to leave a mark.

Other Ferments

Our other ferments take their names from Bohemian Rhapsody — borrowed lines, twisted meanings, and familiar phrases reimagined in liquid form. Each one plays its part: dramatic, unpredictable, and impossible to forget. Much like the song itself, they move between light and dark, sweet and sharp, never quite behaving the way you expect.

"Let Me Go" Hard Lemon

"Galileo Figaro" Ginger Beer

"Framboise Fandango" Seltzer

"ScaramouchE" Cider

4.5% ABV. A zesty, rebellious hit of citrus. Built on classic pub squash flavours, it goes down easy and lingers just long enough to make letting go feel like a bad idea.

3.5% ABV. Bold, fiery, and impossible to ignore. A warming hit of ginger balanced by just enough sweetness to keep you close, with a bite that lingers longer than it should. Dramatic by nature, unforgettable by design. Magnifico.

4.5% ABV. Framboise — fermented in raspberry, if you care about the details. Light, crisp, and dangerously refreshing, with holy water vodka, soda, and a teasing hit of raspberry. Goes down pure. Corrupts quietly.

ABV: 5%.  Just like the spirited Scaramouche who “danced the fandango,”  in the song, this cider pirouettes on your palate with its vibrant apple notes and a hint of mischief.
