What began as a place to gather — to eat, drink, and linger — soon demanded something more deliberate. From within Collector of Souls, the original venue name and a legacy to our Spirits range, Beelzebub Brewing Co. took shape: a beer line forged with patience, intention, and a quiet refusal to play it safe.

 

The beers didn’t stay in their lane. They took on a life of their own. As the brewing grew, so did the name behind it. Beelzebub Brewing Co. now stands at the door — a brewery first, unapologetically so — while Collector of Souls remains embedded at the core of the experience.
