2014 Swan Valley Reserve Shiraz

The 2014 Reserve Shiraz embodies lifted yet bold aromas of cured meat, violets, dark chocolate and cedar.

The palate is rich and mouthfilling, reminiscent of roast beef, dried herbs & rhubarb. It is generous yet re-strained with a persistent length of velvety tannins.

Harvested at optimal ripeness, crushed and fermented in traditional open fermenters, the wine was then trans-ferred to French & American oak hogsheads for malo-lactic fermentation & maturation.

This Shiraz has cellaring potential of over 10 years.
