Beelzebub Brewing Co was born from the depths of our wildest imaginations. With its name derived from the iconic line in Queen's legendary song Bohemian Rhapsody, our beer range pays homage to this rebellious spirit of mischief & temptation.
We don't just brew. We conjure. We provoke. We challenge the norms with every drop we create. We eschew the flashy and the faddish in favour of the timeless allure of a perfectly brewed pour. Our beers and ready brews are not just products; they are manifestations of redemption and reverence. A rebellion against mediocrity and a salute to the netherworld.

The cellar door now stands as a dedicated retail space for Collector of Souls Spirits — a place to browse slowly, linger a little longer, and discover without distraction.
Here, bottles are not simply displayed — they are stories waiting to be taken home. Each label holds a chapter of the Collector’s journey, from the first distilled spirit to the fire-forged evolution that followed. Purchase a paddle and if our spirits capture your soul, leave with a bottle to extend the experience.
