Beelzebub Hoppy Mid
3.5% ABV. Tropical fruit upfront with a loud hit of lychee and a surprisingly bold mouthfeel. Easy drinking, big personality — the kind that swears it’s not doing much damage.
Beelzebub Lager
4.8% ABV. Bold enough to tempt, balanced enough to trust. Driven by Enigma and Centennial hops over a dark malt backbone, finishing clean — just long enough to convince you it’s harmless.
Beelzebub Pale Ale
5.0% ABV. Enigma and Ce4.5% ABV. Centennial and Chinook bring sharp pine and bright citrus. Clean, confident, and quietly insistent — it doesn’t shout, it persuades.ntennial hop aromas with a dark malt character and a clean finish.
Beelzebub Hazy India Pale Ale
4.8% ABV. Cloudy and unapologetic. Bursting with tropical fruit and passionfruit, soft on the palate and dangerously juicy. Goes down easy, hits late, and never asks permission.

"Galileo Figaro" - Ginger Beer
3.5% ABV. Bold, fiery, and impossible to ignore. A warming hit of ginger balanced by just enough sweetness to keep you close, with a bite that lingers longer than it should. Dramatic by nature, unforgettable by design. Magnifico.
"Let Me Go" - Hard Lemon
" 4.5% ABV. A zesty, rebellious hit of citrus. Built on classic pub squash flavours, it goes down easy and lingers just long enough to make letting go feel like a bad idea.
"Framboise Fandango" - Raspberry Seltzer
4.5% ABV. Framboise — fermented in raspberry, if you care about the details. Light, crisp, and dangerously refreshing, with holy water vodka, soda, and a teasing hit of raspberry. Goes down pure. Corrupts quietly.
"Scaramouche" Cider - Apple Cider
ABV: 5%. Just like the spirited Scaramouche who “danced the fandango,” in the song, this cider pirouettes on your palate with its vibrant apple notes and a hint of mischief.

Strawberry Lime Caprioska
A wickedly refreshing temptation of muddled strawberry and fresh lime, baptised in Holy Water Vodka. Sweet, sharp, and dangerously easy to worship.
Effect: Sudden nostalgia and questionable texts.
Mojito
Sweet salvation meets sharp seduction. White Cane Spirit and lime collide, crowned with soda and sealed with a smirk.
Effect: Innocent beginnings, scandalous endings.
Long Island Iced Tea
Looks like tea. Behaves like sin. A wicked blend of vodka, gin, agave and cane spirits, laced with triple sec and lemon, finished with cola for a deceptively sweet fall from grace.
Effect: Rapid loss of virtue.
Yuzu Gin Crush
A forbidden fusion of Lover’s Yuzu Gin tangled with passionfruit, guava and sharp lime. Bright, tropical, and built to tempt.​

Frenchman's Limoncello
Our French farm hand is hard working but has poor English and he accidentally picked all our unripe lemons when directed to pick limes! When life gives you unripe lemons, you make limoncello! Strong lemon flavour with a sweet finish.

ABV 18%. A sweet blend of blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry. A fruity ingredient perfect for cocktails, shots, baking, or poured over icecream.

ABV 20%. Brewed from locally made Yahava coffee with strong cocoa, caramel and vanilla flavours. To recreate at home add one shot Coffee Liqueur and one shot Holy Water Vodka to two shots off coffee and shake with ice.
